This Privacy Policy describes how Flight of the Potato King ("the Game", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Game on iOS and Android. By installing or using the Game, you agree to this Policy.

This name is optional, is user-provided, and may be publicly visible on leaderboards. Please do not include personal information (e.g., your real name, email, or contact details) in the name you submit.
We do not require an account, username, or password, and we do not request or collect contact details such as your real name, email address, or phone number.
How We Use Information
• Provide and display leaderboards for users who choose to submit scores.
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Game's performance and stability.
• Prevent abuse and ensure fair play.
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the Game. If this ever changes, we will update this Policy before enabling such collection.
Data Storage & Security
High scores and associated non-personal gameplay data may be stored on our servers for leaderboard and operational purposes. These records are not linked to personally identifiable information. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect data; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
The Game is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age required by local law). Users should not submit personal information as part of a high score name. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us via our support page so we can remove it.
Your Choices
• High Score Name Is Optional: You can upload scores without providing a name, or you can choose not to upload scores at all.
• Leaderboard Visibility: If you submit a high score with a name, that name may be visible to other users.
• Access/Deletion Requests: Because we do not maintain accounts or collect contact details, we generally cannot identify individual users. If you have a concern or wish to request removal of a specific leaderboard entry, contact us via our support channels with details (e.g., the exact display name and score) so we can attempt to locate and address the record.
• Opt-Out: Play offline and do not upload scores if you do not want any data transmitted to our servers.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be effective upon posting the updated Policy within the Game or on our website, with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Game after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
Terms & Conditions
By installing, accessing, or using Flight of the Potato King, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your own entertainment on compatible devices. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the Game except where permitted by applicable law.
Leaderboard & User Content
If you submit a high score, you may provide an optional display name. You represent that your display name and any content you submit: (a) does not include personal information and (b) does not infringe, violate, or misappropriate any rights, or contain offensive or unlawful material. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, and reproduce your submitted display name and score for leaderboard purposes. We may remove or edit submissions at our discretion (e.g., suspected cheating, offensive names).
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (i) cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or interfere with the Game or its servers; (ii) attempt to access the Game using unauthorized methods; (iii) upload malicious code; or (iv) use the Game in violation of any law or regulation.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Game (including all graphics, artwork, code, and content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. All trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners.
Payments & Virtual Items
The Game currently does not offer in-app purchases or paid subscriptions. If that changes, updated terms will apply and will be posted with an updated Effective Date.
Third-Party Services
If we introduce third-party services (e.g., ads, analytics, crash reporting), those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. We will update these Terms and the Privacy Policy before enabling such collection.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE GAME IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

Termination
